Product Descriptions

PPO Plans: PPOs (Preferred Provider Organizations) offer great flexibility to patients and allows them to visit the specialists of their choice without referrals. They also offer some coverage for out-of-network providers. These plans are typically more expensive than an HMO and may be partially or fully funded by the employer.

HMO Plans: HMOs (Health Maintenance Organizations) are a lower cost plan that requires primary care referrals to see a specialist. Many will not cover any out-of-network services, except in emergencies. These plans may be partially or fully funded by the employer.

HRA: Health Reimbursement Arrangement plans offer tax-free reimbursement to employees for medical expenses or insurance premiums. Employers may contribute to these plans.

High-Deductible Health Plans w/ HSA: HDHPs are a low premium cost option that has a large deductible that must be met before any benefits are paid out. These may be paired with tax advantaged health savings accounts (HSAs) that allow employees to pay for qualified medical expenses. Employers may contribute funds to these HSAs and the accounts may even have investing options for employees.

Supplemental Insurance: These voluntary plans may cover incidents such as disability, supplemental life, accident, hospital confinement and cancer and critical illness plans. They can help pay for your everyday expenses if you're unable to work.

Association Health Plans: AHPs allow small businesses and self-employed individuals to form a group to get health insurance offerings similar to what a large business would get.

Dental insurance is an optional coverage in employee health & life benefits plans.

  • Annuities

Product Descriptions

Term Life Insurance: A low cost plan with terms of 10 to 30 years. This is a great option for those looking to protect specific short-term financial obligations.

Whole Life Insurance: A policy that provides permanent lifetime protection. It also serves as an investment account that earns dividends and can be cashed out. We even have plans available with living benefits.

Universal Life Insurance: A policy that provides permanent lifetime protection but is adjustable. This allows you to increase or decrease the plan's benefits, as well as premium, as your family's needs change. You may even be able to skip some payments by using the plan's built up cash value to pay.

Annuities: A contract between the beneficiary and life insurance company to receive payments over time instead of a lump sum. This can give the beneficiary a stable income stream (rather than a lump sum payment) and may even earn interest.
