As you know, the situation with the recent Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak is unprecedented in modern history. To help ensure the safety of our associates, customers, and our communities, we are implementing the following proactive actions to ensure the continuity of service to you our clients and minimize any impact.
New Policies as of Today:
- We will commence a work from home program on a rotating basis for those who are equipped and able to work from home. The office will remain staffed at all regular hours, should you need assistance. The work from home staff members will have full computer and phone access as well. This action will make it safer for all of our staff members, with fewer staff on site at one time.
- We are implementing social distancing by keeping our lobbies closed to public access. A drop slot or location for dropping off paperwork or a payment will be available. A sign on the door with a local phone number will allow you to reach a staff member. Our goal in this environment is to keep you, our customers, safe while also receiving the excellent service you have come to know.
The next several weeks and months will bring additional unexpected developments and disruption. We are committed to staying focused on those factors that remain within our control, including our commitment to supporting our insured’s needs to the fullest extent. We promise to keep you informed as we all go forward in this new business environment.
