When and How to Reopen Your Business After Coronavirus

Note: This article was posted in April 2020, so some information may not currently be accurate due to the changing nature of the pandemic and regulations surrounding it.

To our valued clients and friends,

We maintain full service to you, our clients. Whether it’s working from home or in the office we stand ready to help, answer questions, and solve your insurance problems. We maintain a limited staff in the office to handle problems and 75% of our is staff working from home. Our rural Nevada offices are maintaining the ability to help you with quotes, claims, and renewals as well. Our Arizona office is running safely and smoothly.

Taking care of our customers and our employees remains our top priority during this pandemic. I’m proud of the team here at A and H Insurance as they maintain service to you in these difficult times.

Many carriers are offering differing ways to help with refunds, payment options, and premium reductions. Call your Agent or Account Executive with any questions or concerns you have.

The A and H Insurance website has two new resources – one with advice for reopening a closed business after this pandemic and one entitled An Employers Guide to the Covid-19 Pandemic (for business owners).

These links will open up the PDF documents. Although we don’t know how fast or slow the containment of this virus and a reopening of business will occur, we do know this, we will all get through this together and come out stronger as a community.

Stay strong, stay positive, stay patient.

Jeffrey Shaffer, President
