Commercial Insurance Producer – Insurance Sales – Apache Junction, AZ

We’re hiring a high-performing Commercial Producer to drive new business growth across Arizona. You’ll build a quality pipeline, close with confidence, and deepen relationships that lead to long-term retention and referrals.

Personal Lines Technical Assistant – Apache Junction, AZ

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Insurance Account Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage client accounts effectively. This is a licensed position requiring an active insurance license in Arizona. You may either have a license or work to obtain one before your start date.

Job Functions:

  • Handle walk-in clients, accept payments and answer telephone calls.
  • Assist Account Managers with servicing and maintaining personal lines insurance accounts.
  • Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Work directly with clients to review their insurance coverage, address questions, and make recommendations based on their needs.
  • Process applications, quotes, and policy changes in accordance with company procedures.

Requirements:

  • Active Insurance License (Property & Casualty) in Arizona is required or willingness to obtain one before your start date.
  • Proven experience in personal lines insurance account servicing, insurance sales, or a related field.

Personal Lines Insurance Representative – Elko, NV

Come join a growing company! A and H Insurance, Inc. has been in the insurance industry for over 60 years servicing Personal, Commercial and Benefits clients. We are looking for someone who is an experienced full-time Personal Lines Representative. In this role, you will receive benefits (including PTO, 401(k), health insurance, etc.), competitive compensation, and an opportunity to grow. Salary is depending on experience. This role will primarily be focused on servicing our new and existing clients.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, both new and existing.
  • Quote new businesses for small, medium and large accounts.
  • Renewal of accounts, including quoting, creating renewal proposals, binding coverage, and checking renewal policies for accuracy.
  • Respond promptly to customer requests for service, including resolving billing, coverage and underwriting issues.
  • Monitor monthly expiration lists and activities for all assigned accounts.
  • Maintain updated client and policy information with the agency management system.
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
  • Be outstanding at relationship building
  • Support Office Team (answer phones, open mail, etc).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Current Nevada Property & Casualty License
  • Must continue to meet continuing education requirements for license renewal.
