A and H Insurance was recognized as a finalist during the 11th Annual Greater Reno-Tahoe Best Places to Work Awards Ceremony on Thursday, April 26, 2018. Quantum Workplace, a company that evaluates employee satisfaction, conducted surveys of the employees of all participating businesses to determine the Best Places to Work finalists and winners.
A and H Insurance was selected because it met the employee participation threshold for the survey, and it scored over 80% in employee favorability ratings. A and H Insurance is proud of this distinction because it recognizes one of the company’s core philosophies: concern for employees does not end at 5:00 p.m.
