Kayla Frost (Woods) is a Sales Executive for A and H Insurance and specializes in Commercial Insurance. After living in the Truckee and Lake Tahoe area for the last 10 years, Kayla decided to settle in Verdi, Nevada and joined the A and H team in July 2020. Kayla brings ten years of insurance experience with her and is passionate about providing an excellent and easy experience for her clients. Her favorite part of working in insurance is having the opportunity to connect with local Reno Tahoe business owners and learn how they do business. When not at work, Kayla enjoys camping, riding motorcycles, hanging with her pets, and snowmobiling.
